A Prosperous Life Forever

Written by Gede Prama

In all levels of life, the presence of an unfortunate person can always be found. Either at the lower, middle, or upper level, we can always find people living a non prosperous life. This feeling of not being prosperous may then lead to various dangerous things. From broken and separated families, mental sickness, until committing suicide. Upon learning from thousands of friends in meditation sessions whose facing tribulation in life, it was obviously seen that prosperity is more related to the inner dynamics of the soul. When someone is experiencing imbalance within, moreover if he is easily burned by anger, even having a large amount of money would never make him feel prosperous. Which then triggers the development of disease within the body, and spread a bad aura to the outside.

The Abundance Blocks

It has been widely research, particularly in psychology, that most humans have abundance blocks (severe inner obstacles to feel prosperous). Specifically because of a number of experiences and education in the past affecting the way people think, which then unconsciously prevent themselves from being prosperous The knowledge received during childhood; such as referring rich people as a bad guy, accusing that people with abundance amount of money is a great con man, and there is even a statement in a holy scripture, mentioning that it is nearly impossible for the rich to go into heaven; is a series of long education that has been entering the subconscious mind. The subconscious is then, without permission, or unintentionally, blocking the related person from becoming prosperous.

A Western friend of mine shared a story of one of his hypnotherapy sessions, in where there is an appearance of his childhood memory. While his parents and him were on their way to buy his ninth birthday present, his parents thought that he was already asleep. And in the car, his parents were debating over the price of the present that would be given to their son. This short story makes the subconscious mind of this friend of mine concludes that life is full of limitations and shortcomings. Therefore, it is inessential to have high expectation in life. Having that sort of high expectation is what causing parents and close people to fight and jeopardize each others. It is another example of abundance blocks. Without deliberate effort to heal themselves, there will be countless of people who will be painfully grow from one ordeal to another.

This is the point from where you are required to be your best saviors. If the ancient heroes carried weapons to then ignite violence, the inner self hero need more self love and the perseverance to continue to grow in the pool of peace. While the ancient approach of healing is full of the energy of denial, the approach of healing in this era is loaded with the energy of acceptance. In a more poetic term: “Self-acceptance is the beginning of a beautiful inner sunrise”. For that reason, learn to accept yourself as you are. Acknowledge shortages and strengths as part of your whole and holistic self. It is similar to nature that welcome both night and day. It is the point from where the steps of rescuing yourself should begin.

The Rescue Steps

As the first step of your self-rescue, it is very good and recommended to read the stories of great people your heart feel close to. Not only abundant lessons, plenty of mesmerizing upturns are also available there. Allow yourself to have the insight of being wealthy as there are abundant pathways available that will lead you to be great. Prepare yourself with extensive knowledge, bear in mind that life is far greater and wider than all available methods and formulas. It will even better if you have the chance to be presence near to the considerably successful and well respected figures. Then sense the aura of that person straightaway. Place yourself like a clay. Picture the admirable person like a mold. That is a very convincing start.

At the same time, reinvigorate the energy of confidence within. Here is one practical step that really helps, every morning after waking up and every night before sleeping, learn to start making a list of your life victories. From winning kite competition during childhood, being the best student in class, winning a trophy in a sport competition, being promoted at works. While writing this list of victories, visualize yourself as a bearer of light who browse thru all the dark spaces within. The darkness of fear, doubt, uncertainty, are all being illuminated one by one. Similar to darkness at night, it will immediately disappear when there is a presence of light.

The next practical step, create a long list of the good and warm hearted people who was once present and save your life. From an attentive mother, a responsible father, honest and sincere helpers, kind hearted teachers, until patient and loving grandparents. Their presence in your life is telling you that you have many seeds of goodness and success within. What is most needed from you is to water that seeds of goodness and success through full and whole self-acceptance. Similar to rubbish and beautiful flowers, bad and good are rotating alternately. Yet, both grow in the same garden of life.

In spirituality in particular, progress will occur faster when people frequently gather among friends with the same interests and goals. Therefore, try to find friends whose having the same energy and interests. Then learn to accept and encourage each other. Avoid any kind of criticism. Discuss only the beautiful seeds within each others. Learn to share experiences. When there is one who find a new method and technique, have a discussion over it together. The main point is to learn to continuously enrich each others, either thru knowledge or achievement.

At moments when you are all by yourself, learn to imagine a circle of light surrounding yourself. This circle of light will not only protecting you, but will also evokes deep gratitude. Being born as a human, having a strong interest in learning, having a strong determination to keep thriving, having supportive friends and families, moreover having a sense of longing to share light one day in the future; that is truly a very rare blessing of birth. Thus, learn to be grateful. There are people in the West who call this circle as a circle of gratitude (a circle of light that contains a lot of gratitude). At the moments of giving of anything, including an understanding smile and a soothing gaze, imagine that you are kindling the candle of others.

Deeply perceive in your heart that when you light the candle of others, you would not be losing that light. Yet, on the other hand, the path that you are passing is getting brighter. In case your candle goes out one day, there will be a place where you can ask for that light again. This is what called as living a forever prosperous life. There is a deep sense of contentment growing inside, which makes you longing for many others to experience the same sense of well-being. At this stage, happiness no longer come as the result of receiving something from others. Happiness comes because you find it in the form giving. If you need a mantra, recite this mantra in solitude: “Whatever I want has already available in abundance inside”.
