Having encountered thousands of suffering friends in meditation sessions, it is very clear that their light is getting darker and darker. Without substantial change in lifestyle, those bodies which are very poor of light will step into the land of suffering. To facilitate spiritual friends, here are some materials of reflections.
Many people who complain, when they wake up in the morning, their body is not fresh but tired. One of the reasons, this type of person is usually in a hurry in chewing their food. As a result, a lot of energy is taken up by the stomach to digest food during the night.
Any friends who spend a long enough time around wealthy people know, the more wealth they collect the darker the light of the body. This often happens because the accumulated wealth is often followed by the accumulation of tension (stress). In the story of many well-known celebrities in the West, many of them who end their lives with an overdose as medication.
The lessons from the two above examples, many humans are not smart enough in managing their energy inside. The first example shared of the wasted physical energy, the second example tells about the mental energy that is also wasted. Once energy is very low inside, by then the body can be a source of many dangers.

In addition to the connection with nature, the perseverance to train the mind to be less greedy with perfection, is another factor that makes a person richer with energy inside. In short, the excessive desire to make life entirely free from stress, making a person experience a lot of tension inside.
Once this tension is full inside, not only is the energy exhausted, the body begins to be unable to hold the burden of so much desire. In the classes of meditation these are often opened, many lives collapse in a very touching way.
That is why, in the old path called meditation, it has long been shared three beautiful stairs to the healthy and holy body. First, simplify your everyday life. Do anything that can be done. The things that can not be done, save it in the room of sincerity. Second, train yourself to laugh more. A laugh not only reduces tension, but also makes a person learn to be a master in life.
Third, embrace the present moment. As a chef who become a good friend of aroma, the painter who become a good friend of color, the author who become the good friend of words, learn to be the good friend of life as it is. This last friendship can make the body and life grow in a healthy and holy way.
