Without the courage of saying enough, even the richest person in the world will never meet peace. Old age even can be visited by chronical illness.

For that reason, before 40 years old focus on learnig hard and working hard. As soon age above 40 years, slow but sure water the seeds of inner contentment.

Quoting from the ancient scripture of Ayurveda (science of longevity), perfect health is possible when there’s perfect balance.
