The Human Body’s biological system is a reflection of the body’s energy. Long before the biological body is visited by disease, the biological body repeatedly gives a sign in the form of fatigue, restlessness, anxiety and even anger. Once this state of restlessness and anxiety accumulates a lot inside, the body’s biological system begins to be far from balanced. This is where many diseases originate. If it is explored more deeply, the unbalanced body of energy is closely related to the state of the poor soul of Light. In the West there are those who call this series of thinking as the anatomy of pain.
To help friends to be more healthy, there is no harm in remembering an old message that reads like this: “If you cannot turn on the Light inside, try to reflect the existing Light”. Thus, there are two simple stages so that the soul can be a shower with the Light. First, it becomes a clear, clean mirror so that it can reflect light. Second, learn to connect with the Light source inside. On the path of meditation, beginners are very stressed to be able to have a clean and clear mind. In order to be like a clean mirror that reflects light. The presuppositions are simple, every movement of energy inside – from sad to happy, wrong to right – are all seen as impermanent clouds that pass by. A clean and clear mind is represented by an untouched blue sky.
Once one’s mind is clear like this, naturally it will become a clear mirror that can reflect light. The sign here is, where there are questions there is an answer. Where there is a problem, there is a way it. Difficulties no longer weaken, on the contrary they also beautifies. A scary past can be woven into a promising future. Trials, temptations, shocks are similar to sharp knives that are punching holes in bamboo. Soon the soul can be as beautiful as a flute. This happens because the clear mirror inside has reflected light outside. Watching using the eyes of compassion, that’s the most important point.
Turning on the Light inside is a more difficult spiritual task. But if it can be done, the light produced will be far more beautiful. There are several approaches available in this regard. The first is to process our inner mental wounds into the seeds of Light. In this way, forgiveness is the most soothing friend. Forgive, so it has been written for a long time, it does not make the past change. But convincingly makes the present a lot more beautiful. Deeper than that, forgiving not only lightens the burden inside, but also makes one find the most beautiful knowledge inside. He is often referred to as the king of all knowledge.
Secondly, creating life through a deep gratitude. As seen here and there, human beings who create their life using the motivation of excessive desire, their main orientation is wanting to appear more than others, were easily visited by feelings of isolation in their own bodies. The body does not become a home that makes you feel at home, on the contrary it becomes an easy home to make you angry. Only a matter of time, this type of human being will be visited by many problems. For beautiful light to appear inside, learn to create life through a deep gratitude. Concretely, love what you do, thankful for everything that you have. Reduce the needs of comparing our life with the others, always try to fill our daily life with more sense of acceptance. If you find any inner resistance, reduce the ego with doing compassionate service for others. Once in a while, look at the stars in the sky, remind yourself again and again: “Human beings are only small creatures on this small planet.” And keep reminded that when we create life through wants and desires we make the soul experience alienation. But when we create our life using the feeling of gratitude we make it easy for the soul to experience peace.
Thirdly, learn to be more sensitive with the body of energy. Read the message well, then try to carry it out on a daily basis. When your body is tired, then it is the time to take a rest. The best way to do this is of course sleeping, or sitting still for a while. While allowing the body’s muscles to take a resting position. If you can’t rest the body, at least rest your mind from all forms of conflict inside. From wrong and right, bad and good or dirty and clean. On the path of deep meditation, all friends are strongly advised to touch the pause (read: silent space) between two breaths. Or pauses between two thoughts, two feelings or two memories. Touching this type of pause has long proven, helping the body’s energy to rest.
When the energy body feels restless and anxious, find the core source that makes you unbalanced. If you have been sitting too much, then take a walk. If you have been spending too much time in the room, then try to bring your body briefly to the open air with a beautiful view. If all this time you feel so far from your family, then try to get close with your family. For those who have not been in touch with spirituality at all, and spends almost all the time in the material world, try to learn about spirituality. At least purify the soul with a service that is full of sincerity. In essence, reduce the ego of only thinking about yourself. Make your soul grow in harmony with the surrounding environment.
If friends are often burned with anger, immediately find the root of your anger. If expectations are far above reality, learn to bring hope closer to reality. Reduce the ideal size from another place to measure the surrounding environment. If you often feel anger inside, this is because your soul is injured, there is no other choice than to learn to forgive. Another meaning of forgiveness is liberation. That is, forgiveness does not necessarily free the forgiven person. But it surely frees the forgiver. Suppose you are angry because of having a job that is not in accordance with the calling of the soul, then train yourself to love what you do and be grateful for what you have achieved. In your spare time, balance your soul by doing what you love. From painting to writing.
Unlike physical energy that will increase if someone gets something, spiritual energy will only be obtained if we give something out. On the path of deep happiness there is often a message like this: “At a more mature level, deeper happiness is the fruit of sincerity to make others happy.” In other parts, there is also a message that reads like this: “If you can’t make other people smile beautifully, at least try to hold yourself not to be angry”. Beautiful souls are often guided like this: “Never leave a place before you can make at least one person smile beautifully”.
In an era where happiness is missed by almost all humans, the soul will easily glow if we fill our daily lives by making other people happy. Always remind yourself again and again, happiness is not the fruit of an event. Happiness is the fruit of how we view all type of life events. For that, always try to see all the life events from the happy sides. Never forget, laughter is the cheapest medicine, love is the most beautiful medicine. And the loveliest face is to be able to laugh at yourself. The most beautiful face of love is love in action. Together with love in action, along the way the soul finds the inner lantern.
