The Inner Feng Shui

Written by Gede Prama

“Your vibe attracts your tribe”, that was written by many lovers of spirituality in the West. In short, one’s vibrations determines the people who will gather around them. It is as simple as the flowers inviting the coming of butterflies, as simple as ponds that invite the coming of frogs.

The same thing happens to luck (feng shui). Some spiritual friends who reveal their secrets in the meditation sessions shared their story transparently, the main reason why their lives are less fortunate (from pain to illness), is because throughout their life they keep talking negatively with themselves. They keep telling themselves how unlucky their lives are.

This inspires many spiritual seekers, the inner conversation is the ground where the seeds of good fortune can grow. In the area of psycho linguistics it is widely known, stop being a murderer to yourself, help yourself to grow. Someone who becomes a killer of themselves, they keep complaining everyday, there’s always something lacking inside, they keep protesting outside.

On the contrary, soul travellers who help their souls to grow, they always have positive-constructive conversations within. In the studies of happiness which are often mentioned, happiness is a matter of taking the right perspective. When the point of view is positive-constructive, even bad luck also brings the seed of good luck.

To be frank, everyone has flaws and imperfections, everyone has problems. But always remember, garbage is evolving into beautiful flowers. Darkness at night is evolving into light in the morning. The same thing happens with bad luck and misfortune.

That is why, it is very important for the spiritual friends who want their lives to be visited by good luck (feng shui) to keep learning every day just to see the beautiful sides of everyday experiences. The beauty is not yet rich, someone has a passion for life. Wake up in the morning full of energy. The beauty of having less friends, people also have less troubles.

When the positive-constructive inner conversation combines with the persistence to be grateful and thankful often in the open nature, then there is a connection between the small self and the great self. You begin to see yourself in the clouds, trees and flowers. There are flowers and grass within you.

One of the important sign of spiritual connectedness, people begin to think repeatedly to step on the grass, think many times to cut a tree and apologize before eating meat. There is a series of disturbing feelings inside if someone hurts. It resembles the left hand which is accidentally hit by the hammer by the right hand, naturally the right hand partly feels the pain of the left hand, and the right hand effortlessly will help.

The combination of positive-constructive inner conversation with the energy of connectedness makes the soul journey like a beautiful garden which is full of flowers. Without trying too hard, without following intense competition, the butterflies of good luck will come and bring abundance.

The elders in Java have an old heritage of good luck worth imitating. The fools can be easily defeated by the clever. The clever can be defeated by the sneaky. But there are humans who can never be defeated by any cunning person, that’s the one who is always lucky. A kind of person who still shares a smile, even when life is visited by bad luck.
