In normal times, wealth, position, fame are achievements that are sought after. When a virus changes all aspects of life, it’s a different story.
Being able to be calm and balanced in all circumstances, that is the most saving achievement. First, it saves the health of the body.
Mainly because the mind no longer leaks anymore energy. With a calm mind, people are less likely to run to dangerous things like sugar or even drugs.
Second, serenity also saves the mind from possible dangers such as suicide, divorce, etc. Third, tranquility is a beautiful house of spirit.
For that reason, stay away politely from an environment that can steal your peace of mind. Even the Buddha surrounded himself with thousands of monks.
More importantly it is the cool umbrella inside. Self-acceptance is a good choice. Close friendship with life is another option.
The most important thing is the practice of mindfulness. Use every moment as a holy bell to always return to the beautiful house of God.
When drinking tea for example. The warm feeling in the cup, the sweet taste that passes through the tongue, and the gratitude for a healthy body are sacred bells of reminder.
Likewise, the sound of motorbikes on the street, dogs barking, the sound of neighboring karaoke, children playing, birds singing, all are sacred bells.
It reminded us to return to the beautiful house inside: “Wholeness”. Previously it was only written in the holy scriptures, the great physicist David Bohm confirmed.
The word health comes from the word whole. Just as the day cannot be separated from the night, so also the joys and sorrows.
He who is sincere on this path, will one day understand through personal attainment: “All is well”. Failure brings lessons. Success brings wonderful smiles.
Good people teach kindness. Even bad people teach goodness. Especially if it’s bad, someone will be held for a long time in prison.
That is why, a handful of families who are very close to Compassion have long been given a S3 degree (just smile, smile and smile). All is a dance of perfection.
