Welcoming World Leaders of G20 in Bali (part 1)

All places are unique. The unique thing about Bali, the original religion of Balinese is the religion of holy water. It’s neither Hindus nor Buddhist.

Before praying the Balinese are sprinkled by holy water, after praying again the Balinese are sprinkled by holy water. Holy water is very important.

Few who realize, behind the holy water there’s spiritual solution.. As we all know, conflict and war happen because human mind is far from flowing.

“I am right, you’re wrong, we’re true, they are false”, that’s the mind which fail to flow, then creating war and conflict. Not only among nations, but also within nation, within family.

Mind that fail to flow is the root of all diseases as well. For that reason, let’s invite the coming world leaders of G20 to learn the intelligence of flowing.

The famous journal Psychology Today has long published that the most importan inteligence in this age is the intelligence of flowing.

The well-known journal Harvard Medical School many times underline the importance of the psychology of flow. Quoting from Edward de Bono, it’s time to learn water logic.

While cleverness is like rock, kindness is like water. In rock logic, the question is who’s right or who’s wrong. But in water logic, the question is what is the intersection point, what are the things in common among us.

Our religions may be different, our nations might be different as well, but deep inside we all want to be happy. We all want to live in harmony.

Being guided by water logic, it’s easier to find the world solution. It’s easier to end the war in Ukraine. May all beings are happy!

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
