We begin life through breath, will end it also through breath. And what we do to the breath in between will determine whether life will be healthy or not.
Health is more possible when you’re well-connected to the breath. To put it more precisely, use any present moment to return back to breath.
Use breath as anchor that connecting you with the present moment. Not the ordinary present, but the present as spiritual gift.
Remember, health, happiness and peace are only real in the present. Smile beautiful souls. Smile tell the others that you have found home inside.
