Compassion

Buddha first, then Shiva…

This is a sad story, once again a heart-breaking story! From old times until now, there are some world-class Indian Gurus who have attacked each other.

Not only did he attack his fellow Indian gurus, but he also strongly attacked other believers. On YouTube there are lots of videos about this.

It is not nice to mention other people’s names in this case. It is unethical. The lesson from this is that it is dangerous for people who are touched by Shiva’s teachings without being touched by Buddha.

As is often shared, Shiva devotees know the mantra: “I am both darkness & light”. Once touched deeply by Shiva’s teachings.

One will contain both darkness and Light. If you don’t walk the Buddha’s path first, darkness is prone to becoming the dominant force.

And this dominant dark force not only spreads violence, but also invites the dark realm to gain more power on earth.

In the end, of course, the earth becomes a place of misery. By not using a high or low framework, Guruji was very grateful to be guided differently.

Before being touched by Shiva’s energy, Buddha’s energy used to reside within. So, if there is any temptation, Guruji is not interested in using the power of darkness.

More interested in promoting peace. The basic difference between the teachings of Buddha & Shiva is simple. In Buddhism, humans are bound by the law of karma.

Whatever seed is planted, we will reap its fruits. So be very careful when walking this path. Once you enter Shiva as pure consciousness, it is a different story.

They can be as beautiful as lotus flowers. Karma does not touch them. This is what causes some Shiva devotees to easily attack other people.

Assuming that he reaches the level of pure consciousness, karma does not touch him. But the violence shared makes the earth mourn in misery.

The message for all close friends, you can learn about Shivaism. But it would be more beautiful if you studied and embodied Buddhism beforehand. May this message remain for a long time here on earth.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
