Darkness is opening the door of Light

The photos that are circulating on social media about Ukrainian refugees are very touching, the news about the virus are also the same.

This is an invitation to use the darkness on the outside to open the door of the Light within.  The Ukrainian War will open the doors of Light if people understand deeply.

The nature of fire is hot, the nature of people who enter the world of politics and power is generally hot.  This understanding is a protective shield.

No need to turn the fire to be cool, just take care not to let the fire burn you.  If you feel it is very disturbing, then do not need to know the news.

When your inner soul is strong, share the coolness with the natural surroundings.  Regarding the virus, it is clear that the virus attacks humans around the neck.

And the neck is a very important bridge that connects the energy of the sky (chakras 6 and 7) with the energy of the earth (chakras 1, 2, 3, 4).  If this bridge is in danger, humans are in danger.

In order for the door of Light to be open, quickly clear the energy barrier in the throat area.  The biological cleanser is, of course, the doctor’s territory.  Here’s a non-biological cleaning tool.

First, be careful of what you say (writing on social media).  Unhealthy words play a big role in the occurrence of energy blockages in the throat.

Second, perform smooth neck movements in all directions (front-back, left-right, rotate) accompanied by a suitable mantra with each unique characteristic.

In the Compassion family, the inward mantra is “I am deep gratitude”, the outward mantra is “May all beings be happy”.

Third, breathe like the lion in the jungle.  Inhale deeply through your nose, exhale freely through your wide open mouth.

At the same time, while inhaling, imagine the Light illuminating the darkness in the throat.  On exhaling, imagine the energy blockage in the throat being swept away.

Because thoughts are the commanders of words, guard your thoughts with this exquisite golden parachute: “Positive on the outside, holistic on the inside”.

On the outside, train yourself to always be positive.  Everything is a blessing.  At least they bring the blessing of maturity and patience.  But inside, learn to always be holistic.

Dirty mud can not be separated from the beautiful lotus.  Likewise with illness-health, sad-happy, sorrow-joy.  It is the two faces of the same coin.

Because Light is the result of a synthesis of negative-positives, the perseverance to always be holistic also gives birth to a very beautiful Light inside.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
