The beautiful home of sensitive souls

Being sensitive is a gift, of course if you’re skillful in taking good care of yourself. First of all, here are the dangerous territory to sensitive souls.

The combination between unsenstive lips and sensitive ears is dangerous. For that reason, be wise in choosing your words. Choose words that protect.

The narcists and energy vampire are also dangerous. Their energy is completely different. Stay away politely from them is a healthy shield.

At the same time, the most beautiful home to sensitive souls is solitude. To put it more precisely, solitude which full of self-acceptance and inner contentment.

Please keep in the heart, among 7 billion people on earth, the only one who can take good care of you perfectly is only you yourselh.

Speak to yourself like a mother speak to the only baby. In the moment of pain, hug the crying baby within. Here’s the mantra: “It’s ok”.

Above all speak to yourself with the language of heart. Before being kind to the others, you’re recommended to be kind to yourself first.

Since everything is energy, the energy of kindness inside will attract less enemy outside. At the same will attract more energy of harmony.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
