Welcoming World Leaders of G20 in Bali (part 50)

Some of foreigners asked the question about ritual of ngaben for the people who passed away in Bali.

They deeply surprise to know, ngaben share a story that the quantity and the quality of Balinese love is much longer than the age of physical body.

Love is not only expressed while person we love are still alive. Even when they passed away, years after they died, Balinese still express love.

In special temple dedicated only to love ancestors called Pura Merajan, Balinese keep loving all ancestors.

In special day of Galungan and Kuningan, million of Balinese go to Pura Merajan, simply to say thankyou to all ancestors.

And the impact of such deep love not only influence the soul journey of ancestors, but also influence people’s quality of life.

If you dive deeper, such deep practice of love also brighten the vibration of the island. In the language of western friends: “Love gives us wings”.

Love does not only uplift soul journey of the dead, improve the quality of people’s life, but also improve the vibration of mother earth.

If we are blessed to share the peaceful vibration of Bali island to the incoming world leaders of G20, certainly we contribute to the world harmony.

Welcome to Bali world leaders of G20. It is such an honour to share the peaceful vibration of Bali island to all of you. May all beings are happy…

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
