Compassion family news: Focus on carrying out your natural calling

In Bali there is a beautiful story like this.  One day there was a small child who complained to his parents that in the holy place there were many people who violated religion.

By his smart parent, this child was asked to go around the holy place while carrying Tirtha (holy water) on his head, but he shall not drop any single drop of his Tirtha water.

After the incident, his parents asked him if he had seen religious violators in the holy place.  Of course his son shook his head.

The same is also asked to our closest Compassion’s family, focusing completely on our natural calling.  Be healthy and happy in our old age with our family.

In this era, if you can reach the age of at least 80 years with your spouse, never separate, or even more, your children and grandchildren can grow up beautifully.

Even if sitting in a wheelchair, people will ask: “What spiritual lessons are taught in the Compassion family?”.

The invitation then leaves out a judgmental mind. Or even the mind that is full of comparison and competition.  Again leave it all behind.

Focus on making yourself and your family happy until old age.  Here are some practical tips that are worth pondering.  First, always keep the energy balance inside.

The sources of energy can be from the food that we eat, our exercise, sleep, and also feelings that are often happy because of deep gratitude, until the mind becomes more peaceful because of meditation.

Energy leaks often occur because of stress, tiredness, boredom, negative thoughts that are full of criticism and inner conflict, then these will invite the criticism and conflict from the outside.

Second, it is better to have few quality friends than many friends but it brings a lot of discomfort. An easy sign, whenever we gather with friends of this type, we can easily feel comfortable.

Third, borrowing from the ancient sacred book of Ayurveda (science of longevity), perfect health is possible if the balance is also perfect.

For that reason, guide yourself to always be balanced in everyday life.  Use every inconvenience to return back to the beautiful home of balance.

Fourth, grow from enmity with life, towards having a romantic relationship with life. Those who have arrived here the signs are always feeling sufficient inside, always feeling grateful, and deep gratitude.

Because human effort does not guarantee everything, balance the effort with prayer.  Pray for all beings to be happy.  This is a kind of yoga of the heart.

Learn to unite with the heart.  On the level of unity, all beings pray for your healing, safety, happiness and peace.

May all beings be happy.  May all beings be happy.  May all beings be happy.  May all beings be happy.
