Everyday is Holiday

In the past, most disease come from consuming the wrong food. In this age, most disease come from using the wrong mind.

Negative thinking, full of complain, never absence with critique, hate and jealous are some of the examples in this case.

The good news, deep meditation help you to rest the mind from any critique and conflict. How, learn to grow from reality as it should to reality as it is.

Worm appear to be dirty in the mud, but they are happy and also have holy mission here on earth. The same thing happen to bad and good people.

The spiritual invitation then, don’t use holy teachings to blame people outside, use it to purify your soul inside. Practically speaking, put it into practice.

When it comes to the daily life calling, do all the best, surrender all the rest. Failure give you many lessons, success give you motivation.

In short, rest the mind in this moment as it is. As birds are beautiful as birds, trees are peaceful as trees, you are beautiful as you are.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
