It has been rocognized from the ancient time that music heals. That’s why almost in all holy places there are music in different forms.
In our time, it has been widely researched that music is truely heal. For that reason, let’s contemplate deeper about the healing sides of music.
As we all know, music in night life is mostly dominated by drum. It’s understandable, because it’s related with the lower first and second chakra.
It’s something to do with lower and sexual energy. To young people especially, music which is dominated by drum make them happy.
But be careful, it stimulates dangerous energy like anger and sex. As long as you’re aware and able to manage the energy, it’s ok.
As one grow higher to the 3rd chakra (behind navel), usually guitar will be more attractive. To some people who have pain around navel, listening guitar is recommended.
Those who grow more mature spiritually and come into the 4th and 5th chakra (heart and throat), flute, violin, piano bring some healing energy.
It’s recommended to people who have illness around heart and throat. As you grow into 6th and 7th chakra (between eyebrows and above head), bell will be very attractive.
To some friends who have problems with head, listening to the sound of bell is recommended. Especially focus your attention on the “gap” between two sounds.
It is very subtle. But if you can feel the “gap”, there’s abundance of healing energy is available there. Usually, it can be felt by those who meditate deeply.
In general, instrumental music without lyric is more recommended. Especially because lyryc with words make brain busy of interpreting.
The signs that music help you on the journey of healing, there’s the feeling of being calm, less inner tension, attract good memory, easily sleep.
At the same time, some of unfriendly energy like anger, jelousy, hatred no longer disturb you. At the same time arise energy of forgiving and love.
Since there’s close connection between the brain and the gut, digesting system also can be improved by the healing energy of music.
