Reading The Signs of This Era

Written by Gede Prama

It is rarely happens, humans can be made prone respectfully in front of nature. As it happened currently in the Corona virus era. This is a good time for us to contemplate the signs of all this.

1. Because of this attack comes from below realm, the hidden message is: “Humans are too strong to worship upward, too weak to love the underworld beings”
2. The most severe attacks occur in places where the negative news is massively spread. The message then, stay away from negative thoughts and emotions
3. Dinosaurs became extinct because they failed to align themselves with the cycle of the universe. Now, it is time to learn to align ourself with the universal cycle.
4. Promise in your heart to grow in harmony with nature. Not being arrogant and selfish in front of nature
5. If possible, slowly learn to stop killing animals. Especially for the purposes of pleasure such as for handbags, belts and leather jackets.
6. Let’s reduce the consumption of goods that cause cutting down trees such as tissue, paper and wood for building houses.
7. Be less frighten to the mother nature. Instead, learn to find connectedness with your surrounding nature.
8. Look and treat the environment with grateful eyes and a thankful attitude
9. If you can not share the act of love to the environment, at least try to find ways to reduce your part in hurting the environment
10. Pray as often as possible to ease the burden of suffering in this world
11. From the depths of a gratitude heart, whisper this prayer as often as possible: “Thank you, thank you, thank you”

About the author

Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
