Spead Stories that Share the Light

As the nature of human science is always filled with agree and disagree, news about the covid 19 vaccine is also similar. Some people agree, and there are those who disagree.  In the midst of this hectic world, there’s nothing wrong with learning more to our inner soul.  One of the ways available, just spread (talk about) the beautiful stories of sharing the Light.

In the past, that recommendation was only written in holy books.  Now it has become the result of research in universities.  One of the places in which the body, mind, feelings and spirit come together neatly is the biochemical reaction of the brain.  When the story is shared the one that full of Light, the brain releases growth hormone which promotes health.

As a result, not only does the immune system improve, the digestive system and other systems in the body also improve.  For that reason, let’s contemplate the wonderful news.  In the last few days, the highest mountain on the roof of the earth of Tibet, the highest residence of Shivaji on earth (Hindus call Shivaji one of the names of God), as well as the main water springs of many holy rivers in India, is recently radiating Light.

It was photographed and distributed by many friends who admired Mount Kailash.  The invitation to close friends, do not allow the darkness outside to give birth to darkness within.  Use the darkness outside to give birth to the inner Light. There are many inner Lights can be born in this long pandemic era.  Let’s turn on the Light within which is related to health (safety).

As a start, the First light, nature is always rotating.  As simple as night-day, calamities also rotate.  Health (safety) will belong to anyone who flows with the stream.  Be with the flow.  Live each present moment like a child opening a gift.  The second light, crisis does steal a lot of things, but don’t let it steal the inner gratitude.

In your spare time, think about, even better, things to be grateful for.  For friends in Bali, since not many foreign tourists come during this time, use the scarcity of tourists to develop an economy based on local strengths (local genius).  The third light, because nature rotates based on the law of love, acts your daily life based on love.

It not only maintains your health (remember, sickness vibration below 100, loving vibration above 550), but also keeps friends connected with the higher conciousness.  And connectedness is the root of healing and peace.  Above all, remember to “use” social media to spread the Beautiful Light.  Not being “used” by social media and then getting angry because of it.

It has become publicly known, that many people are “manipulated” by social media.  Not only the ordinary people, some world leaders are also being manipulated by the social media.  It’s not good to tell bad stories about other people. In order for friends to heal and grow, remember to “use” social media.  The practical step is to understand that you are the master in front of social media.

Not a victim of social media.  If social media messages always make you anxious and angry, that is a sign that someone has become a victim.  But if you put a beautiful meaning behind the problem, it means that you are starting to become the master.  Like lighting someone else’s candle, the one that light is first is your own light.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
