The greatest bliss and ecstacy

This morning when the sunrise welcome me with the sun in the form of love, I was curious, what is the message of mother nature? People of Zen are true when concluding that nature is scriptures of no letter. The Hindus are not wrong when wrote that nature is huge library (akashic records). The Cristians are also right when sharing that nature is our honest mirror. After the appearence of clouds in the form of love many times in Ashram, now appear in the form of sunrise, it’s clear to me that mother nature whisper: “You’re nothing but love”.

The last message give me deep insight about who I am. Suddenly, in front of me there’s written message: “There’s no other greater bliss and ecstasy than knowing who I am”. One of the old and ancient scriptures called it as the king of all knowledge. The knowledge of who we are. Water does not struggle to be wet, flowers does not fight to be beautiful. In the same way, to those who come to the last bliss and ecstacy do not see love as the order of holy scriptures, do not see love as prerequirement to enter heaven. Love is something natural, as natural as birds which keep singing.

Similar to the singing birds which sharing joy without thinking what is the opinion of the others, the blissful souls pay limited attention on the opinion of the others. Simply live in the present. In the message of holy master of the past: “You’re only with me when you’re in the now”. One of the close disciples of Ramana Maharshi asked a qestion: “Don’t you afraid of death?”. With gentle smile the last blooming soul answered: “Since I never come, I also never die”. That’s another charateristic of blissful souls. Death is no longer threatening. To help fellow light seekers to understand more about spiritual bliss and ecstacy, now let’s contemplate together.

The state of inner peace and contentment…

Spiritual bliss is a profound state of inner peace and contentment that transcends the ordinary experiences of daily life. It is often described as an intense feeling of unity with the universe or a higher power, where the boundaries of the self dissolve and one feels a deep connection with all that exists. This experience is commonly associated with spiritual practices such as meditation, prayer, and mindfulness, which help individuals transcend the limitations of the ego and access a higher state of consciousness.

Consequently, there is no walls that separating the I and the others. Both dissolve into the we. In a simple words, there is my suffering in your suffering, there’s my happiness in your happiness. Practically speaking, the way you help the others is the same as the right hand which heal the wounded left hand. In this stage of attainment, you’re naturally move away from any violence, step closer to loving-kindness and compassion.

The mother of all well-being…

At its core, spiritual bliss is characterized by a sense of boundless love, joy, and harmony. It is a state where the mind is free from the usual chatter and worries, allowing a person to be fully present in the moment. This presence brings a clarity and awareness that is often described as enlightening. The experience can vary greatly among individuals but often includes feelings of gratitude, compassion, and an overwhelming sense of well-being.

Problems, obstacles, difficulties still appear in life. But they no longer steal love, but it heals love. Particularly because the blissful soul understand through direct experience, behind the other’s anger there’s always deep suffering, the unhealed wound, and the dark past. With this perspective in mind, the outer violence give birth to the inner compassion. This is what I mean buy the others anger does not steal love, but it heals love. As a result, everything that happen become the mother of all well-being.

It’s not ony experienced by the spiritual people…

While spiritual bliss is often associated with religious or spiritual contexts, it is not confined to them. People may experience similar states through artistic expression, being in nature, or during moments of deep personal insight. What is essential is the sense of transcendence and connection, which brings a profound and lasting peace.

In summary, spiritual bliss is a state of being that reflects the highest potential of human consciousness, offering a glimpse into the boundless possibilities of a life lived in harmony with the deeper truths of existence.

Practical steps…

  1. Understand this three steps clearly and precisely: “Thinking, feeling, being”. All the blooming souls went into the last three steps.
  2. Everyone begin with thinking. But it’s still far from spiritual ecstacy. For that reason, learn to feel. Feeling is far richer than thinking. In the language of energy researchers, the vibration of heart is thousand times higher than head.
  3. If you are diligent and consistent, one day there’s spiritual blessing in the form of being. Repeating the previous message, the word I and the word you dissolve into we. Some people call it as unity. And ultimately, life becomes a song of harmony.
