Three Beautiful Steps to Train Your Brain

Harvard University human brain expert named Dr.  Rudi Tanzi was absolutely right when he suggested in the wonderful book Super Brain like this: “Cut down on being a servant of the brain, learn to be the master of the brain”.  It must be sadly expressed that many friends who gets many different kinds illness, have various kinds of life problems , the main reason is because they are being the servants of the brain.

The left brain which likes to harden in particular, complete with a rigid picture of the truth inside, not only invites attacks from the outside, but also gives birth to many internal diseases.  In all religions there are sad stories about people injuring (killing) others while quoting holy books.  In fact they are being servants to a rigid brain.

Since this is the case, let’s learn to train the brain as early as possible.  Especially in order to transform from a servant to a master in front of the brain.  Without this kind of spiritual step, the holy book is not only unhelpful.  Holy books can even be very dangerous.  Examples are many.  But it’s not good to tell unfavorably about other people.

First, the steps to train the brain so that all friends recover.  As early as possible, learn to stay away from the tendency to think, speak and act all harsh and completely rigid.  Mainly because truth is fluid and flowing.  Just for example, in the 1970’s cow’s milk was called the perfect nutrition.  Now, there are many doctors who forbid their patients to drink cow’s milk.

The danger is the rigid brain, in one hand it will leaks a lot of energy.  On the other hand, the external and internal conflicts generated by the rigid left brain make the brain often release hellish hormones such as cortisol.  In the end, not only is the immune system become unbalance, the digestive system and other systems in the body are also disturbed.

As researched in depth by Dr. Rudi Tanzi, a hard and rigid brain prevents a person from being able to experience deep sleep (delta waves).  In fact, in our daily deep sleep is a very important condition for our own healing.  During that deep sleep, the body can easily renew many damaged and dead cells.

For that reason, the faster we try to balance the rigid left brain with a more flexible right brain the better.  The daily practice then, once the brain hardens with its belief of being correct, quickly guides ourself with a simple but deep understanding: “What one person calls right, another person can call it wrong”.  Remember the story about fallen dry leaves.

To the sterile city people, fallen dry leaves were filthy trash.  For gardeners, it is an organic fertilizer.  For spiritually profound souls, fallen dry leaves are a symbolic Guru who teaches deep regarding death.  See, if the fallen dry leaves can give birth to 3 different views, then the complicated problem such as the long crisis of the corona virus surely can give multiple kind of views.

Second, steps to train the brain so that friends can grow.  It has been recorded in history, without a balance between the brain and the heart, humans will grow from one problem to one disaster.  Examples are many.  The super-long crisis of the corona virus also has the same strong roots.  Therefore, as early as possible learn to balance the brain with the heart.

Refreshing the memory of friends, when the heart is grateful, he is actually telling his brain that he has received what he wants.  Because the brain’s biochemical reactions are the point of contact between body, mind, spirit, the brain that receives such information not only releases growth hormones such as oxytocin, but also makes body, mind and spirit balance.

Friends who study law of attraction and visualization understand that a grateful heart has great power to create the face of an abundant life.  At least feel sufficient in life.  The advice, train the brain to complain as less as possible, as much as possible to be grateful.  The mantra: “I am profoundly grateful”.

Third, the step to train the brain so that friends are connected to the holiness within.  Whenever you experience anything – annoying or pleasant – just feel it.  Without any rejection, with out any attachment.  Realizing its impermanent nature, which is come and go.  Like a cloud.  And you are not an impermanent cloud, but an eternal blue sky.

If you need a mantra, it’s worth trying this beautiful mantra: “I am Greater than the brain within.”  As spiritual nutrition, no matter how deep one’s meditation is, there will always be waves inside.  Even at the gamma wave level (where enlightenment happen), there are still waves.  Thus, try to become a surfer above the waves.

The surfboard is called a smile.  If you want to go deeper, remember to feel the gap (between two breaths, two memories, two sounds, etc.).  Then enter the quantum field.  Where many impossible things become possible.  For the rest, the secret realm will make a mark.  The mark is unique.  For the novice public, health will improve considerably.  There will arise a sense of adequacy within.

Your presence will be very soothing.  Conflict is moving away and many friendship are approaching.  In the language of energy researchers, the highest vibration of the human body is peace (1,000).  Below that is compassion with a vibration of 750. Below that is love (550).  It is much higher than the vibration of viruses and diseases that are below 100. Have a good practice, close friends.
