Welcoming World Leaders of G20 in Bali (part 18)

One of the very sacred temple in Bali is Pura Dalem (the inner temple). It’s not only a beautiful and holy place to pray, but also hiding spiritual message.

As you grow older and wiser, passing countlless problems in life, what is truely matter is not what you use outside, but what you keep inside.

If one is full of complain, protest, never say enough, always want to be called better than the others, even heaven can become unhealthy place to live.

If you are full of acceptance, full of gratitude or even peaceful inside, no matter how simple your outer appearance, you are truely rich.

And the wealth which you keep inside is the wealth that can not be stolen. It’s not coincidence when HH Dalai Lama said: “Without inner peace there will be no world peace”.

It implicitly means, war, violence, conflict are mirror that few of world leaders who have inner peace. In fact, without inner peace, any decisions of leaders can easily become the source of conflict or even war.

The spiritual invitation then, let’s do something that make world leaders have inner peace. It will have great impact to the beauty of life here on earth.

Welcome to Bali world leaders of G20. It’s a deep honour to share the peace vibration of Bali island to all of you. May all beings are happy.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
