Welcoming World Leaders of G20 in Bali (part 9)

In the ancient times, warrior is identical with someone who bring weapon. In our time, true warrior bring no weapon, but loving-kindness and compassion.

The unique thing about Bali, the last warrior was born here in Bali thousand years ago. The elder who gave suguhan (food) to lower realms.

Created home to the lower realms, deciding that the new year was celebrated by silence day (nyepi), calling God as Embang (the ultimate silence).

Eventhough the Balinese elders live in ancient time, but their mind and their heart live in postmodern time where we live now.

With this inspiration in the mind, hopefully the next meeting of G20 leaders in Bali will transform world leaders into postmodern warrior.

They are no longer interested in hurting earth using weapon, but beautifying earth with loving-kindness and compassion. Especially because harmony transforms earth into home of light.

Welcome to Bali world leaders of G20. It’s a deep honour to share the peace vibration of Bali island to all of you. May all beings are happy.

About the author

H.H. Guruji Gede Prama

Gede Prama started his spiritual journey through a dialogue with his symbolic Guru in a village at the north of Bali. The journey is then being enriched with his experiences of studying abroad, his meetings with the world greatest spiritual Gurus: His Holiness Dalai Lama, The Venerable Thich Nhat Hanh, as well as Professor Karen Armstrong; and also being deepened by his intense meditation practices.

Despite the fact that he was once a CEO of a large corporation with thousand of employees, and was traveling abroad frequently for the purpose of teaching, yet, being deeply moved by the Bali bombing incident in 2002, he then decided to leave everything and went back to his home island.
He has never leave Bali for the past few years. In fact, he rarely leaves the silence of the forest where he lives, except for the purpose of teaching at the sacred sites within Bali.
